Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
To maintain full transparency, DoorBell Property Management requires property owners to sign the original lease agreement. For efficiency in managing ongoing tenancies, lease renewals may be signed directly by your property manager. This approach ensures you're fully informed while streamlining day-to-day management responsibilities. -

How and When Will I Receive My Payments?

After rent is collected and any applicable expenses are reconciled, disbursements are typically made between the 10th and 15th of each month. How long of a lease do you sign?

How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the necessary agreements are completed and the property is ready for leasing. -
What type of properties do you manage?

What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners receive regular financial statements detailing rent collection, expenses, and maintenance updates. Additional reports may be available upon request. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
In accordance with the Oklahoma Landlord and Resident Act, tenant security deposits must be held in a dedicated escrow or trust account. As your property manager, we ensure compliance by securely holding these funds until they are lawfully disbursed at the end of the lease term, based on any applicable deductions for damages or unpaid rent.
